The microcredits

The microcredits are small loans made to poor people without access to normal bank loans. The micro credit serves to people who want to start a business out of poverty. Micro credit is a part of microfinance, which is the provision of a wider range of financial services to the very poor.
In Latin America there are many companies in charge in giving such aid.
In Costa Rica some banks have also given loans to people who can not do it the traditional way.
I think these companies are good because they help the poor and really need people to develop and succeed.

Mozzart effect

The term "Mozart Effect" refers to the effects which people listen to tunes W. A. Mozart. This was because researchers showed that listening to Mozart would make you smarter, it was such the impact that some states in the USA made a law requiring that classical music is heard every day.
A psychologist and neurobiologist made an investigation exposing 36 students for 10 minutes of the Mozart sonata. They had positive effects on tests of spatial and temporal reasoning. This effect lasted about 10 minutes and supposedly the finding was published in 1993 in the journal Nature. Since then, they have tried to repeat these experiments and have never reached the same result.
The influence of the music of W. A. Mozart in the brain as some researchers lies in the patterns and timing. The alleged Mozart effect is also used to describe the effects of music on human behavior, regardless of their gender.

Many believe that babies listening to Mozart will be more intelligent when they grow up, because it activates the auditory cortex and areas associated with emotion, it also manages to activate brain areas associated with fine motor coordination and vision.

Mozart's music is used in hospital wards, before surgery, in factories, libraries, and other environments, looking as appropriate at relaxation, concentration, memory, creativity and analysis.

The privacy

Privacy is the space of a person in his/her life and it is very sensitive or personal. At work is to respect employees, employees do not have to be supervised all day to see what they do and what they don’t. I think this is a lack of respect, but equally we need to make an arrangement; for example, employees use the phone company for things that are not part of the work, or send emails from the company or use it’s computers, if there is a problem or suspicion of something wrong is the duty of the company to research and review extreme cases as possible.

The human Rights

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, without distinction of nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or other status. We all have the same human rights without discrimination. These rights are interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.

Universal human rights are often provided by law and guaranteed by it, through treaties, customary international law, general principles and other sources of international laws. The international law of human rights sets out the obligations of governments to take action in certain situations, or refrain from acting in certain ways against others, to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups.

The Monastery

A monastery is home to many or a few monks in the world. There are different types of monasteries according to their religion. In the middle Ages, these monasteries served basis as much as farms, guest houses, learning centers and hospitals, always under the rules of religion.

They are called the Hindu monastery saniasi who decide to leave the family and engage in prayer wearing saffron robes. They are aided by the common people, wise men who consider them. In these monasteries, the monks live in simple rooms and buildings with large rooms for meditation. The equivalent of a Christian monastery called ashram, although STI buildings and way of life differs in some points.

Are Buddhist monasteries similar to the Hindus? Buddhist monks formerly spent on them only three months of rain. In both cases, the monks leave the monastery and dog lead a family life.

Were the rules based on the handwriting of Ordinances that the monks of the various monastic orders to follow. Began when increasing the number of monks and there was need for some organization. Many of These Are rules and preserved by the monasteries are maintained in that order. The rules include sections That Used to read in the monasteries in the chapter. They would dictate a set of rules to follow, Both Practical and spiritual character and life of the monks (clothing, food, sleep, work)

Easter celebration

On Easter Sunday, Christians celebrate the resurrection of the Lord, Jesus Christ. It is typically the most well-attended Sunday service of the year for Christian churches.

Christians believe according to Scripture, that Jesus came back to life, or was raised from the dead, three days after his death on the cross. As part of the Easter season, the death of Jesus Christ by crucifixion, is commemorated on Good Friday, always the Friday just before Easter. Through his death, burial and resurrection, Jesus paid the penalty for sin, thus purchasing for all who believe in him, eternal life in Christ Jesus.

Trends...

Trend is simply the management or direction of the market. It can be defined as a religious, economic, political, artistic idea which is aimed at something.
The trend is a behavior of an inclination to certain things, it is synonymous with fashion, and fashion is defined by a certain time and era. One example is in the early 60's, there was a trend for colorful clothing; they wore large printed shirts and famous Oxford trousers.
Today, there is no dominant trend with regard to fashion; it is now different styles of clothing and dress of young people.

Self- esteem

What is the self-esteem?
The self-esteem is the love towards me; it is to feel good about myself. If you feel good, you look good but if you feel bad and ugly, you look bad and ugly. The self-esteem is to believe that “I am a good person, and I feel proud of myself for my goals”
The self- esteem is the same that self-worth, self-regard, self-respect, self-love and self-integrity. It depends on many things like having a good family atmosphere, the relationships with the other persons, but it also depends on the personality of each person, not just family and social relationships, but what each person thinks of himself or herself.
To have a good self-esteem, you need to have confidence in your ability to solve your own problems, not getting disappointed by the failures and difficulties you have in your life, feeling valued and positive, accepting the negative things and try to change them. Do not look to the past and not worry about the future, just go ahead, accept the good criticism and reject the bad ones, increase the confidence in yourself, in your decisions and trust your ability.

Honesty

Honesty, the quality of being honest, is a value which can be defined in multiple ways. In the context of human communication, people are generally said to be honest when they tell the truth to the best of their knowledge and do not hide what they know or think. Apart from being truthful, honesty is also generally thought to involve abstaining from unfair behaviour, such as stealing or cheating on a test.

Some people think that this definition is too simplistic, or that it is specific to western culture. For example, some people think that not telling the truth is acceptable in some situations, and that persons who lie in such circumstances are not being dishonest. Examples of such situations are lying as a part of etiquette ("little white lies") or lying under grave risk of bodily harm to self or others. There are some that seek a much more comprehensive ethical certainty about what one says, such as Immanuel Kant.

Some people think that education is especially important for the promotion of honesty, because they think that it is impossible to be considered honest without acquiring some terminology with which to state truth as understood by the society. In their opinion, ignorance can itself generate dishonesty.

The globalization

The Globalization describes the process by which regional economies, societies, and cultures have become integrated through a global network of political ideas through communication, transportation, and trade. The term is most closely associated with the term economic globalization: the integration of national economies into the international economy through trade, foreign direct investment, capital flows, migration, the spread of technology, and military presence. However, globalization is usually recognized as being driven by a combination of economic, technological, sociocultural, political, and biological factors. The term can also refer to the transnational circulation of ideas, languages, or popular culture through acculturation. An aspect of the world which has gone through the process can be said to be globalised.
